Our total liability for claims arising from the site is limited to USD 100 or the amount you paid us specifically for website-related services in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater. You agree to indemnify and hold Qivora Labs harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the site, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
